Thai Massage is a form of bodywork where the client actively participates in the session, as the practitioner puts her/him through a series of poses, manipulating their body in certain ways to increase flexibility, alleviate aches and pains, improve athletic performance, activate energy lines, and stimulate organs. A session can last anywhere from 60 minutes to 90 minutes.
A message from Tony regarding the benefits of Thai Massage:
"It's great for anyone that is looking for stress relief, better cardiovascular health, relaxation, reduced muscle tension, better sleep, and often times even headache relief. I received a demonstration of Thai Massage, fell in love with it, and just knew I had to learn it because of its effectiveness, and because it wasn't readily available in the United States. I took my first course in it back in 2014, under Sarah Cheiky, who is an authorized instructor from SVG Thai Massage Training Center in Chiang Mai, Thailand. I really look forward to sharing this gift with our Inspired family!"
