We won’t leave any stone unturned when trying to get to the root cause of your problems. If we feel you need further testing, we will discuss that at this appointment.

We will recommend supplements based on your test results. However, most of the changes can be made through food, exercise, and mindset work. Many of the supplements will be considered foundational or general support, meaning they will help you get started. You may need more individual support as well. A 1 hour office visit is included with our nurse practitioner Roxy. These visits in-office will be utilized for reviewing your health history and making specific recommendations according to your CGM data.
