Cancellation Policy

We have updated our cancellation policy!

We understand that unexpected changes in your schedule may occur, however, we request that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, you do so 24 hours prior to your appointment.

This will give us the opportunity to open up that time slot to another patient on our waitlist.

Any appointment not altered within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged the full cash price of the scheduled service total to the card on file.
